We are committed to privacy and respect of your data. The data we do collect is solely collected to provide you with our services:
- Personal Data: We only collect data that you explicitly give us access to. We do not collect your IP and we do not track your presence around the internet. When signing up you give us access to the email and name that is linked to your Google Workspace account. When connection SaaS tools to Sweet Lemon, as a rule of thumb, we only collect email addresses, and we only ask for read access. This means that we cannot modify your data. Email addresses are collected to match against your Google Workspace. In some cases we may need to collect user IDs as well.
- Purpose: We only collect the bare minimum of data required to provide you with our services. We do not collect any other data. We do not monitor activities on the internet.
- Usage of our service: We use plausible.io for website analytics. This is a privacy first analytics tool that is compliant with US and EU legislation and does not collect your IP or any data that can be attributed to you.
- Encryption: Any and all sensitive data we receive is only stored if necessary. If it is stored, it is always encrypted using industry standard technologies.
- Your data is your data: We never ever ever pass your data to anyone else, and we do not use your data for any other purposes than serving you.
- Retention: We only retain data as long as you have an account. We also delete data that is no longer present in your Google Workspace or other services with every data sync we do, which is at least daily. So if you e.g. delete a user in your Google Workspace, we will delete them from our systems the next time we sync.
- Deletion: At any point you can delete your account and all data associated with it will be deleted. This includes all Google Workspace data.
- Google Specifically: (This is just to make things super, super obvious) Like all your other data, your Google Workspace data is yours and yours alone. We do not use it for any other purposes than to provide you with our services. We do not share it with anyone. We do not transfer it to anyone. We do not disclose it to anyone.
Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the site to:
- Provide you with our services.
- Create and manage your account.
- Improve our website and services.
